Derrick Isackson graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman in 1990 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Mr. Isackson went on to receive his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Gonzaga University in 1993 graduating magna cum laude.

Prior to joining Aitchison and Vick, Mr. Isackson worked as an associate attorney in Seattle. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Isackson was a police officer with the Edmonds and Bellevue police departments, where he was on the executive board in each of these unions.

Mr. Isackson joined Aitchison & Vick, Inc., in the Seattle office in July of 2006.
